Heidi benefits Design Solutions clients with 26 years retail experience and 10 years in multi-store management. Her extensive background includes 9 years with Gap Inc. in California as a District Manager and most recently as the Los Angeles/Southern California Regional Recruiter, with responsibility for all Gap Brands, Banana Republic and Old Navy. As District Manager, responsible for up to 11 locations and volumes exceeding 40 million annually, Heidi managed all aspects of the operations, sales generation, visual presentation, merchandising, management recruitment and training. She supervised up to 43 managers.
Heidi’s experience also includes two years as Retail Consultant, trainer and Motivational Speaker for a nationally recognized management development company.
