We always make every attempt to be error-free on our proofs, but the final responsibility for accuracy belongs to the Customer. Please read all copy carefully and do not assume anything. Your approval is our assurance that all artwork, layout and type is accurate and ready for printing, replicating and or media placement.

If, for any reason, the Customer should find any errors or wish to make changes after approval has been given, any cost incurred, if any, by the time Design Solutions is notified will be the sole financial responsibility of the Customer. Additional costs for design changes, new film, reprints, or any other aspect of production shall be the financial responsibility of the Customer.

Although rare and despite our best efforts, it is possible for electronic glitches and.or human error to inadvertently occur. Should an error occur for reasons within our control, Design Solutions will make every effort to immediately rectify the situation. Design Solutions shall not be liable for damages beyond the costs associated with the reprinting of the materials.

Terms are COD unless other arrangements are made.
